We used to have O2COOL personal battery powered fans that could be worn around the neck, but the airflow wasn't that good. To really feel the O2COOL fans, you have to see them. These folded collar handheld fans are better. They're comfortable to wear, have good airflow with 3 levels and are easy to use, but they don't have a battery, they need to be charged, which means the more you use them, the more you'll have to charge them. It may take several hours to be fully charged, especially the first time you use it. They stay on the neck pretty well without falling off, especially if you know how to fit them properly. However, we would not recommend active exercise with them as they are more prone to falling.
