We bought these shoes twice because my daughter liked them. They were really comfortable, my kid liked the pink color. However, we had several problems. One of the issues we encountered was the location of the charger. The first few times she got big blisters because she had nowhere to hide the charging port. So he rubbed the tip of her foot. We didn't charge it often because every time we charged it, it was difficult to hide it back in the shoe. The second problem was that the velcro was very long. She's slim but doesn't have narrow feet. When she tightens the boot, a fairly long strap hangs from the side of the boot. The final problem is that she wore them down before she outgrew them. The sole was worn and riddled with holes, and the strap was starting to unravel inside.
