Review on LEVOIT Humidifiers Ultrasonic Humidifier Whisper Quiet by Seth Heck

First of all I love this humidifier. We have 4 different humidifiers at home and this is by far our favorite. The settings are easy to adjust, there are no leaks, it works stably, quietly, there are no problems. But the customer service is great. After using this product for about 6 months, it slipped out of my hand after filling it and cracked on the hard floor. All my fault. I was so speechless. I tried using the purchased warranty but didn't get much help. They wanted pictures before helping me. I didn't have any pictures because I threw away the broken plastic pieces when I was cleaning up the mess I had made. I couldn't find a replacement tank online and resigned myself to having to buy another one. I didn't want to waste a base that was still working, so I contacted Levoit directly and asked them to buy a new tank. With no further questions other than confirmation of purchase (screenshot of my Revain invoice) they willingly sent me a new one free of charge. Great company, great product. The warranty I bought is my biggest complaint.
