Seems cheap. Drilled holes that nothing fits, looks like you forgot to attach something? The top zipper barely works, only 1 of the 2 zippers can be used, the second one gets stuck to the point where you think it will break if you pull hard enough to move it. The "floor" was designed by a TOTAL FUCK, it's soft, not at all comfortable for a dog to stand on. A stupid included pillow is more annoying, it doesn't stay in place. Very disappointed with the fit and finish and the non-existent flooring. You don't have to renovate anything brand new, and you don't have to work hell building a floor to make it safe and usable. Isn't anyone else proud of their products?
