Considering the price, this is a pretty good water backpack. The hose is detachable for cleaning and will not leak during use. There is enough space in the trouser pocket. There is a chest and waist strap. As far as I can tell, a man is not going to complain about this backpack. Unfortunately it is not designed for women as the chest strap runs across the chest. You can adjust the chest strap up or down by about 3 inches, but that range is right where your chest is, so it's completely useless. I have small breasts and I still find it extremely uncomfortable walking there with a belt. However, I was able to adjust the strap to go across my chest by threading it through other straps, but it's not perfect. Still, for the price, I can't complain.
