This is a really sturdy and quiet machine. So far it’s been great and I find the resistance is adequate. I work out five days a week and am on level five of resistance with plenty of levels to advance. Low profile and perfect for a small workout room. I find that when I need a screwdriver, I typically reach for a 6-in-1 screwdriver. I think this is my 4th different brand. This handle is the simplest design but very comfortable to use and ergonomic. Black part of the handle is rubber coated and grippy. This transitions smoothly into the hard plastic green sections. These flip-flops are really comfortable. However, the first day I noticed two issues. Issue number 1: After wearing for a few hours my partner noticed that my feet were really discolored-- some of the black dye from the footbed of the sandal had rubbed off onto the soles of my feet. I have this on my rig with a GH5. I did a lot of research on matte boxes. I didn't want to pay more than about $500.This is well made and solid. Happy with it. Couple things to consider: There is not a lot of up/down movement, with 15MM rods, the center of your lens should be about 85 MM from the rods. If you are way off from 85MM, your lens will not fit.
