I like that you can add multiple vendors to your account, so it's easy for me as an employee of one vendor (Lovento) when booking services from another provider who is also using this software! The customer service has been great in helping with any issues we've had or questions about our accounts/purchases etc., but sometimes they seem very slow at responding which could be frustrating if there are urgent requests being made by other users within their team too - hence why i would recommend having more than 1 support person available 24hrs per day 7 days week just incase something does come up during those times where someone else isn't able / willing help out immediately!! It allows us all access via mobile phones & tablets making life easier while working away without needing internet connection every time!
