Cute but dead after 1 use

At first I liked this little bath toy. But after using it once, it just stopped working for me. Not sure if it's mechanical on my end or what, but no matter what I've tried it just doesn't work anymore. I literally put another one in my cart as a gift, but it stopped working after the first use. No thank you.
