This chair is not worth the price. Several parts of mine were torn and it looked used. Don't bend down, don't lean back, don't do anything, just sit. You can adjust the incline, but it's hard to lean backwards and won't stay inclined unless you have something to put your feet on and push down with your feet to hold. There's no lock to keep it tilted, just a tilt lock to keep it upright. It's not comfortable at all and not what is advertised. I bought something else from the local store after returning it and shopping.
