I like that you can see who is listening at any given point in time as well how many times your song has been played or downloaded (which helps me decide if it's worth my while promoting).

It was free for some years but now there are options including paid plans so more people will be able benefit! There isn't an easy way really - just post track info about where downloads have come up etc. which makes sense since this information would only useful when new listeners discover our songs through other means than Spotify/etc..
