I am 5 feet tall and weigh 122 pounds. I bought a medium sized suit because these union suits are not pre made. When I washed it in cold water and dried it on low heat, it shrunk to the perfect size and was roomy enough. It is very comfortable. The folding seat is very convenient for urinating or defecation. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't have pockets. I will only sew on a few front or side pockets. Purchase at least two sizes larger than the Big Feet Pajama Co. size chart to allow for shrinkage while maintaining width. for adults.
