My 5 year old daughter received this as part of a bedroom update we gave her for Christmas. The lamp arrived well packaged and undamaged. Lexan comes with a protective cover. The build was pretty much one step and everything works fine and as expected except for one thing. The dimming function does not keep the previous setting. Unfortunately, my daughter's default setting for the night light is too bright. We usually set it to the lowest level. It probably won't have a huge impact on most use cases, but we're using it in conjunction with an Echo device and are annoyed by the lack of functionality, while still having to use the remote to dim the brightness. Overall I am happy with the purchase and my daughter loves it in her new unicorn decoration room.
