Excellent collaboration tool with excellent customer support
The ability to use it for both web conferencing, as well as online meeting through video chat is great! I like that you can share documents from within notes so no need to open up another program/applicaiton just to send files back and forth during your conference calls or virtual office hours. Sometimes having more than one person taking part of an online discussion makes things difficult when trying to keep track who said what at any given time (or even after). Using this software has made our lives better by allowing us all to work together remotely while also ensuring we have access to each other's knowledge base if needed. It allows people to be able to interact across distances by using their computer instead of being physically present.
- Easy set up & loading times with many options available including desktop sharing which works really good especially in China where internet speed isn't always fast enough.
