Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Bloch Women's Contour Barre Black Athletic Shoes: Sleek and Supportive Women's Footwear by Tricia Evans

Suitable for Barre Class runs Small

This product has great potential. I use it 1 hour a day, 5-7 days a week for barre classes (yoga pilates ballet). They fit like a sock but have a rubber bottom for traction. However, the rubber underside is only on the heel and base of the foot and does not provide arch support. I've found it causes arch pain, but I go to the barre 5-7 days a week. When my feet get sweaty, the shoes hold up pretty well, although I have to say I don't sweat a lot. Her leg might move a little, but it wasn't bad. I wear size 7 sandals and size 7.5 sneakers. I bought 7 and 8. Both were a little tight on the strap and felt like my toes were being pushed forward. I bought 9 and they felt less stretchy and more comfortable. My fingers go beyond the rubber pad at the front, but that doesn't bother me. They may stretch over time, but I'm not sure yet. An alternative type of shoe is a one-piece sole and toe shoe from another company. I personally don't like it when my toes are individually wrapped in something. My boyfriend has peep toe shoes and loves them. I can try that if it doesn't work, but so far so good. Pros: - Fits as thin as a sock (doesn't hang around) - Has rubber traction on the bottom to prevent slipping - Has a foot strap for less movement in the shoe (more robust) - Lightweight and breathable (helps reduce sweating) Cons : - Runs small, need to size up 1-2 sizes - rubber sole does not cover the arch (does not support arch)
