The Myofascial Releaser is a complete waste of money. Despite its high price, it failed to relieve any of my muscle soreness. It is painful to use, poorly designed, and lacks any instructions for use. My analysis of this product showed that it is not worth buying, as there are much better options out there for massage tools. The only pro is that it is made of stainless steel. However, it is not enough to justify the purchase. Save your money and look elsewhere for a quality massage tool to add to your Health and Household collection.
