I own a pair of quality Plantronics Blackwire C725 Noise Canceling Headphones/Mics which I absolutely adore for their comfort, quality and sound. For my new remote (remote work) job, my company sent me a Cisco IP phone with a significantly inferior Plantronics headset - the HW510, which only has one earpiece, is nowhere near as comfortable and completely unparalleled in sound quality . But it had a quick connect clip, as opposed to the USB that the Blackwire connects to. I called the great folks at Plantronics about my plight and they recommended this little device to circumvent the problem and connect my blackwire headset to my Cisco phone. I'll admit it took me a few calls to Plantronics to figure out how to connect it properly (and they were very patient with me!) but the results are exactly what I was hoping for!
