Review on 🧳 Enhanced Maneuverability with Swivel Plate Casters Featuring Durable Polyurethane Wheels by Lawrence Allison

I received two sets of 2, not a set of 4: One pair was exactly as pictured in the product description and had "Best Online Service". roll label. However, the second pair was very different and not as well constructed in my opinion. They were all blue and the same size. To Revain's credit, the support team apologized and helped with a quick exchange. A: I received a replacement set (all four are the same!) and they do not match the actual product description pictured. They look like the light blue pair on the right in my photo. The metal feels lighter, the wheel profile is rounder than the flatter wheels (less contact with the ground?) in the description, and the hub is smaller in diameter (hence the larger blue tread). The brake lever is also different and it rises when Release higher so it looks like a convergence is harder to install The brake is a thinner G-steel spring with grooves pressed out for friction. When it's installed only a dimple or two makes contact with the wheel and it seems to me that if there's even the slightest bit of spin when the brake is on or isn't it has significant potential to bust the wheel fully discontinued. (Positively, once it's hollowed out more dimples dig in and hold the brake tighter.) This axle bolt has a carriage head, while the advertised reel and half of the first set had a hex head - both have nylon nuts. . In my estimation they are not as well designed/constructed and not as durable as those shown in the photos. Half of the first set of 4, the dark pair on the left in my photo, was exactly like the photo and better looking. I'll return them and look elsewhere. Rating reduced to one star!
