UPDATE - 1 year later my daughter is still wearing these shoes. The metal part of the buckle kept getting stuck in the open position and I kept getting scratched so I just took the metal part off and they still look cute and work great! Super cute shoes! My girl (3 years 9 months) wears a 9 but they were out of stock so I ordered a 9.5 and it fitted well with the possibility of growth.9 would at least fit better so i would say they are true to size!part that has to go through the hole the strap gets stuck and scratches me.but the velcro is like that anyway its just for beauty.they should be comfortable be because my daughter often chooses them I hope this review was something useful for you !
