The best thing about working with their staff is that they are very helpful, kind people who care for your business needs first! I have received amazing customer service from them since Day 1 of my account set up process (which was not easy because i am new to Voip). They were able to help me get everything dialed in so we could start using our product right away without any issues or delays which made us happy customers all around!! We don't like having problems when it comes time for billing but this team has been great helping troubleshoot those concerns as well by getting back quickly after initial conversations - even going into next day if necessary!
