Sounds like some words I'm not allowed to use in this review

Sounds so freaking awful you want to stop listening to music altogether. Harsh highs, metallic mids, and bass so dirty and distorted you'll long for the factory stereo you drove back in high school (and probably left abandoned at the bottom of a booze-filled lake shortly after graduation). to have). Terrible background hiss which they tried to cover up with a crappy squelch whose threshold is too sensitive. So if you find yourself listening to something particularly quietly, it will unintentionally drown out all or most of it. (Also, the gate opens too slowly again, altering any sounds that accompany the silence). If it weren't so cheap I'd be really pissed at the clowns who gave this thing so many good reviews (I guess if your music listening life ever consisted of speakers for mobile devices then I can see how you could think that is a waste of time) $30 actually sounds decent, but for those of you born in the last century/millennium, there's no excuse.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Hard to say
