They do not match the Flawless product!

I have the "Flawless" tool. I measured several times to make sure these heads fit. I used a metal tape measure and they measured the same thing! However, when they arrived they were TOO SMALL AND WILL NOT SCREW ONTO MY SAFE. I also lost my money because I had my little granddaughters here and missed the deadline. Now I'm afraid to order something else. I looked in the stores. They do not sell replacement heads for Flawless! Any suggestions?
