Supplied in 3 parts. Two sides and back strap. With 4 screws and Allen key. So you have to assemble it, but I'm a woman who can't do anything and it was easy for me to assemble it. It has rubber protectors on it to prevent it from sliding on the table and to prevent the laptop from sliding, but I didn't have the laptop protectors. Which scares me because I don't want the metal scratching my laptop because it's for work. I just contacted the seller about this. Pending reply. Otherwise it's exactly what I wanted. I have it on sale. But if it came at full price without the rubber part I would ask for a refund. Hope they help.
