Clothing sizes for medium and large dogs are varied. I wasn't sure if this would be the right size, but I went through the chart for this item and another reviewer and chose the medium size. Paisley is a shorter boxer. Her girth was about 30-31 inches and she weighed about 55-60 pounds. When I opened the package I was immediately impressed with the quality of the product and the beautiful colour. As you can see from the photos, the landing is in place. It's almost impossible to get a boxer to stand still for photos when he's excited, but I wanted to be able to show the size in case anyone is having trouble choosing. I can't comment on how well it's holding up, but I hope it will and I'll buy another one.
