I like that there is an option for adding more than one store to this system, which has been helpful in our new location! The customer service was not great at first when we signed up but they have gotten better over time as well (it's still very hit or miss).

They also do some training sessions where it feels rushed because everyone wants their turn so quickly - be prepared mentally if these are offered near/around Christmas season since people will want them then too!! It would help tremendously having access from anywhere via mobile devices such us tablets & smartphones etc., especially during busy times around holidays / weekends!
