In general I'm satisfied with the chair. Normal assembly isn't too difficult, except that the hex holes in the bolts holding the lift mechanism to the underside of the seat were rounded off using the hex key provided. To tighten them, I had to find my own. The main problem was that the support leg didn't fit on the base. When the tree was attached to the metal frame of the wheel mounts, whoever assembled it at the factory installed it off-center. I had to completely separate the metal from the wood, center and drill new screw holes, and then reassemble. Well, that's perfect, but definitely not something everyone would want to do. It should also be noted that the rollers supplied are scrap. I read previous reviews, ordered replacement rubber casters at the same time and installed them instead. They work great on my hardwood floor.
