I have struggled with ingrown toenails for many years. I've finally gotten to the point where I've been able to get rid of them and the skin which is hardening and making them even more uncomfortable and I'm grateful to this product for keeping them at bay for the past few weeks. About 20 minutes in the bath, use the gel, then use the tool to push back my cuticles. After that, I use the "pointed" end of the tool to make sure the free edge of my nail edges doesn't dig into the skin. I do this procedure once a week for a few weeks straight and easily and painlessly remove calluses around the nail and small bits of nail that have started to grow back. I will continue to use this material until it helps me get rid of this problem completely, and maybe even after that!
