Find out it's good for shrink wrap

I don't know if I'm using the gun too hot, getting the gun too close or just lagging behind but they don't close and cover the Snap off caps that I use on my bottles of c beard oil, my rule of thumb for them is burn one, keep one, there must be a better product, I just don't have the money or time to throw it away.
