I ordered this item and received it on time, but there was a defect in the bracelet that made it unwearable as shown in the picture. After contacting the seller with some photos, they immediately sent a replacement and gift with no need to return the defective item. Polite and quick communication; great customer service. Also, it comes in a resealable bag in a nice metal box. There are additional safety pins included. As with most straps, it is soft leather and very comfortable to wear. Since the leather is so soft I can just tuck in the extra tape instead of cutting the buttons. It's convenient for me, but others might disagree. I can see how it can get caught on the wrong side of some shirts but I haven't had a problem. It's clean and secure and holds up better than the magnetic clasp on my stainless steel bracelet, which always comes loose during exercise.
