Good product in shaving soap shape

Well I've used some cheap brands of shaving soap in the past and in some ways it's been better. This soap is not "slimy" as I can put it, which means the soap lathers very lightly and doesn't necessarily lubricate the razor very well. No amount of whipping seems to thicken the foam past a certain point, and changing the water content of the brush to use as little as possible doesn't help either. I do shave in the shower, though, so you can feel the difference if you shave in the sink instead.
