When I first bought this hub, I had problems with RJ45 and USB Wireless 2.4G. Amy with her support team was very helpful and it seems my first hub just had a bad RJ45, it happens it's hardware after all. She sent me another hub and I tested it with the following connectors at the same time. Two HDMI monitors at the same time, powered by a USB-C hub, Rj45 internet and I also have a 2.4g wireless mouse. It all works very well. Let me point out a few things you may need to know. Today, USB 3.0 can and will interfere with almost every 2.4G wireless mouse and keyboard. (I fixed this to get a short 2ft USB extension cable that would allow the wireless transmitter to be far enough away from USB 3.0 to work properly. Please note that you plug it into the system. Do not use a 90 degree or other USB extension as it may not work. If you do, test without extensions or angled extensions first. The product does get a little warm, but the case dissipates heat well and didn't cause any Problems.I would suggest leaving it outside in the open air and not closed.Hope that all helps.
