Programming instructions need to be revised

First there is a current firmware update in the img file. Second, the written instructions say to install the img file, and then the diagrams show again to install it again. It is confusing. In addition, the instructions should emphasize that the cable connection to the radio must be firmly plugged in. Finally, can't this be done with the latest version of CHIRP software or not?
