Not working for repair

Not good for troubleshooting, it's a $2.00 usb drive with some windows files and scripts not working. It was not designed to be a working recovery boot device. I ended up having to create my own using the Windows Media tool (free, btw). Just order or use a better USB drive and create your own on a Windows PC. Takes about an hour.
