I bought this product to use with my phone on the night shift at work as I don't have wifi at work and hotspot on my phone to use with my devices. So I managed to use my data to get things done online in the middle of the night. Unfortunately it could not connect my iPhone 11 Pro for free. I've tried everything. I've fully charged my battery, made sure my phone is up to date, made sure the device is close enough, restored a previous version of iOS (I thought it was a firmware issue, although all my other non- Apple devices were still working properly). , and then some. It connected to my husband's S10e with no problems, but my phone just connected and disconnected after a few seconds. It will not pair. I read somewhere that this happens to people who have iOS 13 installed, but it's not enough for Apple to actually do anything about it. Unfortunately, someone in my family has already disposed of the box, so I cannot return it. It wasn't that expensive anyway, but it's annoying that it works with Apple products because it doesn't work for me. Big. I even printed it mockingly without tying it to anything and I found it handy. If only it would work. UPDATE: iOS has been updated. I kept trying everything to pair it with my iPhone 11 Pro. I'm tired of fighting it. I have come to the following conclusion: THIS DEVICE WILL NOT PAIR WITH IPHONES.
