Took 2 hours and then failed

At first I was impressed by the screen. Out of the box it was bright and clear. I used it with my Dell laptop for just under 2 hours. Then suddenly green dots appeared all over the screen. I checked to see if the cable came loose. Everything was in order. So I tried replacing the cable. A warm-up screen appeared, followed by a no-signal message. I tried again with the original cable and got the same message. I checked my laptop's output with another large monitor I have. The output was fine. So this portable monitor lasted less than 2 hours and was dead. I returned it. Also, I could never get the touchscreen to work. There were no instructions on how to turn on the touchscreen in the instructions that came with it. So no idea how this is supposed to work. The manual is poorly written, lacks clear instructions, and is of little help. There is no manufacturer contact information other than the address they ask you to send the monitor to for repair if anything happens. No phone, no website. The overall quality is bad.

Pros
  • INCREDIBLE IPS DISPLAY. The size of a full laptop screen, this monitor displays an incredible 16.7 million colors that combine with a 1500:1 contrast ratio to produce stunning images that fit in a laptop bag or backpack. In bright light, the anti-glare finish and 400 cd/m2 screen brightness work no matter where you are.
Cons
  • Poor image quality and resolution.
