I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've been using these mounts for a few years and stopped by here to buy a few more for an office remodel I'm doing. I currently have 2 LG 27" monitors installed and am very satisfied. Installation was easy. I did not tighten the swivel screws as I tend to swivel monitors from time to time to keep the monitor from rotating up/down No problems with this one. Definitely planning on buying a few more. If I find that these bindings are made differently than I bought them a few years ago I will update my review.
