The scissors I bought arrived today. They are definitely safe, so safe they barely cut paper and don't cut through the gauze bandages I have to cut to bandage my legs every day. Multiple layers don't cut anything, I've tried them on multiple materials. Also, forget about plastic wrap. They're worse than my dull metal scissors. Part of the problem is that they may not have set the adjustment screw tight enough, but I couldn't easily remove the cap from the tension screw and didn't want to damage it. 2 stars only because they are safe and have rounded tips. I will try something else.
