The team is very professional with their work ethic & they are willing to learn new things quickly when needed! There really wasn't anything that we weren’t able to use or implement right out of box without having them custom develop it further once learned what was desired/needed by us — this saves time down stream but at times you do need some additional hands-on development if not implemented correctly initially. They were quick responders within moments sometimes even seconds after submitting tickets (no hold up). Customer service has been great overall so far although there will likely be periods where issues arise between one department vs another which slows process along way - especially since these teams don”'; t always communicate well across departments internally nor externally via ticketing system etc.. Once customer onboarded into platform everything went smooth sailing from then forward thoughout implementation period for most projects now.
