First, if the skin of your nostrils isn't half an inch thick, you can't insert them all the way, lest they stick out a little. Not the average nose stud length. Made for ears but sold under a different label to increase sales. Very often one sees nasal bones for sale. Second, more than half of the stiletto stones were not properly mounted on the mounts. Many were off center and some looked like they were barely being held. The image provided is a semi-accurate representation of what you will receive but I will say this is not the usual case they send. Mine didn't look so good and I suspect the ones in the picture were handpicked from poorly made ones. If you want a good quality nose bone, go for the black bioplastics. They might be a bit more expensive, but in a world where you get what you pay for, they're worth it. Also, it's impossible to get them back. I can if I want, but returning it out of pocket will cost me more than returning the money. Not to mention that it took multiple refund requests to figure out how much the return would cost. Having the right quality product that prevents you from having to return increases business and profits, not a poor quality product that the customer has to keep so you can save your money. I'm just saying.
