Although the chair is quite comfortable, please note that it cannot be returned. I decided to return the chair shortly after receiving it as I didn't like the color scheme. The chair is not disassembled and does not fit in the box it came in. In particular, the air cylinder cannot be detached. from the wheelbase. I even went out and bought a pipe wrench and a hammer to take the chair apart, but still couldn't. At this point I'm sure you don't want the cylinder to come loose from the wheelbase once it's inserted and seated on the wheelbase. Since I can't disassemble the chair, I can't return it. The seller does not respond in any way to the resolution of this problem and ignores my messages for more than a week. I'm hoping to get a refund through the Revain AZ warranty program, but we'll see what happens. I will update this review as things develop. Update: The seller finally replied to me with enough harassment via email and Revain support. They gave me a full refund. Regardless, I cannot recommend people to buy this chair unless they are sure they will not return it.
