Well made little headlights. They consist of a small box that you can simply hang from the ceiling and a cable with two pins screwed together that connects the lamp and the box. There are cutouts on the box, you will need some type of Romex clamp. The cables themselves in the box have new connectors. You don't need wire nuts. That's cool. Each connector has 2 empty holes for wires. So if you were to wire them together I think you would need to add jumpers to the box of wire nuts. It can be a tight fit. The lights have 2 very strong springs that fold towards the ceiling. When you put them in the hole, the springs snap into place and compress REALLY hard. You can rotate them to direct the beam of light. But if you were to remove them, you'd probably have to pull them out very carefully not to poke a hole in the drywall, or pry them off from the top. Brackets rotate easily. They have a silver reflective interior that looks edgy. The beam is quite wide and not a spot beam. I have them above our kitchen island. Best of all, the 2700K model of these lights has a very natural tone. The light is identical to some of the good halogens we've had. I replaced some 3000k LEDs with these. I first tried the 3000k bulbs but they were really too "teal" and I removed them after just a few days. They are set back slightly, but this is enough to avoid glare. My advice for LEDs is to always start at 2700K. Because I haven't seen orange or colors that are too warm. On the other hand, 3000k is often too bluish or greenish. I think the green effect comes from the CRI level of the precision of the light. The frame is big enough to hide the smallest OOP.
