While the reviews for this bag were good and reasonably accurate, I was disappointed with this bag. I travel a lot for work and needed a reliable bag. Although the compartments and pockets are functional, the wheels began to squeak loudly and the screws in the retractable handle began to loosen, preventing the handle from falling into the pocket. This was very annoying, especially when I was outside and it was raining or holding up a leash on the plane because I had to use my fingernails/fingers to manually screw in the screws. I returned to the market looking for a durable, functional bag.
