This is a functional hair dryer. There are a few design flaws that have significant repercussions, and I think others have mentioned them. The adjustment buttons are right where your fingertips are when using the hair dryer. They are extremely sensitive and "click" easily, which is why I smack them several times a day. Annoying but manageable.2. The nozzle isn't very reliable - just hit it with a brush and it pops out. This is very annoying as it gets very hot when you have to put it back on. I've never had this problem with other dryers. I'm looking for another accessory that I could use instead. It really is a hair dryer and I would never pay more than $35 for it.
