It's good for what it costs for $100 with three light settings, but it's bright, like a dark room in which You can shoot with ISO 100 and a shutter speed of 1/50 f4 is no problem. So it's not very bright, but it's also three $100 lights. It has to be plugged in everywhere, but it's a constant light, not a flash. The bag it comes in is super cheap and the bar stand can't support a ton of weight, but it costs $100. If that's for you then great, if not use a Yongnuo 560 iv or cheaper flash for a slave.
