replacement of A4 2011 - a package has arrived consisting of two parts - a chrome part and a sticker. It took me a while to realize that the red sticker on the adhesive had come loose. My successful application went like this: 1) Clean the steering wheel with Windex and let it dry 2) Remove the glue from the back, leaving the red part, and stick the part of the glue that was on the back onto the original steering wheel chrome. Important note: I applied glue to the most exposed part of the steering wheel emblem to make sure it was in contact with the new part. 3) Once the glue was on the steering wheel, I removed the red part by poking around the corners with a sharp knife. until I could take it off. 4) Align the new chrome piece and press down. I am happy with the results. There doesn't seem to be any risk of tearing and all edges look good (see photos). Hope this will be helpful.
