I use this product along with a few other ingredients to create my own complete shake. I literally live on these drinks for a few days and nothing else; sometimes even a week or more. All in all, the cheapness of this protein powder allows me to sustain my life on less than $4 a day. I'm sure there are better tasting and more blendable powders out there, but they also cost a lot more. This is the perfect powder for those who are money conscious or, in my case, the very poor. Make sure you shake the container very well or all the candy stuff will go to the top and be removed first and you'll be left with unflavored evil once you get close to the bottom. (I learned this the hard way.)
