Well made but too big for Amazons
I would give this well made, sturdy backpack 5 stars if the shoulder straps weren't so long. It is impossible to shorten them without turning to a seamstress. I'm 5'4" tall and the backpack hits my bum instead of my back so it hangs too low and is on the big side. Designed for a taller and taller person - too bad I missed the return window. Plus they need them the best colors I ordered a neutral gray but it's just rubbish.
