There are a few misconceptions on these bulbs. People claim that these hyperflash after a little time. These LasFit LED bulbs have a built in Overheat Protection that will cause them to blink shorter and slightly longer duration to keep them from overheating. Yes, they get hot. They have 30 LEDs on them and they are bound to get hot. They aren't like LED headlight bulbs with heatsinks or fans, so these rely on a built in overheat protection. I wouldn't suggest using an additional resistor. If you Lasfit hyperflashes right after install, its most likely defective or your car can't accept them and need the traditional LED + resistor setup. Just be careful where you mount those external resistors because they get VERY hot.So, again keep in mind that they will "hyperflash" when they are used too for too long. The bulb is fine, but its trying to keep it from overheating.
