Excellent product, excellent customer service. I could not be more pleased with the TR3 team. I am currently evaluating other products on the market. The solution is very robust and user friendly. They are able to address issues beyond just analytics. They are very proactive, ensuring that you receive the full scope of their product and their services. Currently I use the analytical side extensively and it has made reporting simple and quick. I cannot say enough about the support team! It's exceptional across the board, the sales team, support team, and the management team. Any issues I have had with TR3 over the 2+ years that I have been using them are resolved on a very quick and helpful basis. Data analysis in the retail space is very hard to do and TR3 Solutions has been a perfect fit for my current needs. TR3 is currently undergoing an initiative that will roll out a SaaS version, but the free offering is great as well. The platform is easy to use and it provides a great insight into the retail business. It was difficult to integrate with other software. So, we used a custom integration solution. It was good. TR3 Solutions helped us in managing the customer data and providing insights into their customers. We also used it to understand their preferences and the buying patterns. It helped us in building a better strategy. We are managing the data and providing insights into the customer behaviour.
