Review on Jolen Creme Bleach Formula - 1.2 oz for effective skincare by Russell Galbreath

I'm Hispanic and hairy ha ha funny right? No not really because it can be embarrassing, I can't wax or floss because my hair is very ingrown so I opt for bleaching, Jolene was my way of growing up and when she stopped being sold in stores , I started using Sally Hansen until I realized jolene was sold here. I was disappointed it's not the strong formula I remember using and it was more expensive than the Sally Hansen I used which actually lightens ALL my hair not just 50%. I'm staying with Sally Hansen.
