Durable jacket. Definitely withstand wind speeds up to 40km/h and heavy rain. Only the dog had to dry its head, tail and paws. Oh I highly recommend this coat. Only caveat: be careful which seller you buy it from, the first one doesn't fit and it took me 5 weeks to receive it - I had to send it back to China. I wanted to fill out paperwork in the mail and pay over $20 to return a dog jacket that cost $40. Instead I gave it to a friend who has a small dog. The second coat I bought was from a seller in the US.
